Available Tuesday – Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., from Sink or Swim Tattoo Co. (220 - 118 1 Avenue, Cochrane, AB). Please bring a piece of ID and your order number.

shipping costs

A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be applied to all domestic orders, except for decks which will have a flat rate shipping fee of $25.

All orders over $350 (before tax) qualify for free shipping anywhere in Canada.

returns & exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products but if something just isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your item(s).

All returns must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as you originally received them. Once the returned item has been received by our team, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

For exchanges, email us at info@2sskateboarding.com with your order number, what item(s) you are returning for exchange, and the product(s) or size(s) you would like to exchange for. Items for exchange must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as you received them.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

damaged or faulty goods

Email us upon receipt of your order to let us know about damaged or faulty goods. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
